Refund Policy – The Naughty Closet


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, eligible merchandise can be returned to The Naughty Closet for store credit or refund within 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase. All eligible items must be returned as sold and shipped (just as they were purchased) in the original unworn condition, barcodes and original packaging intact. If you use the return label we provide we will deduct $4.95 from your refund for a return, but we will waive that fee if a store credit is chosen. Items that are final sale/clearance  and wigs are not eligible for return; either for refund or store credit
By hygiene law bras, underwear, hosiery, swim suits, yoga pants and lingerie are non-returnable unless they are unworn, unused and/or damaged upon receipt. Please choose wisely and reference sizing charts. For clothing sizes, charts and measurements are provided  to make sure you have a good fit.

We offer returns within 30 days of post marked delivery date. If you have exceeded the 30 days we will not be able to refund a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and with hygiene labels intact and with tags (if applicable), in original packaging, barcodes and in the same condition that you received it/them. Items with obvious use, soiled, stained lotion, body glitter, body powder, make up, perfume, animal or human hair, dander, deodorant,other products, laundered/been washed will be refused a return.

Original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Refusal of package to gain a refund will automatically disqualify a refund to the customer.

We require that only UPS, USPS, or FedEx (unless we provide the return label) be used in return shipment to get a tracking number, and provide us with proof of the tracking number to protect your return and assure delivery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Any item not in its original condition, hygeine labels removed, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)

If your item is defective or damaged, due to the manufacturer, we must receive a picture (s) of the item(s) within 7 days of receipt.   If box is damaged please make note to your carrier and take pictures only if item (s) inside is/are damaged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (we will not return money to anything other than the original form of payment). 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If your refund has been delayed contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If a debit card was used, reach out to your bank.

Clearance items/final sale (if applicable)
Only regular and sale priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance/final sale items  and wigs cannot be refunded.

We will not refund unsealed body stockings, unsealed hoisery, unsealed underwear

Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your unworn and unused item (s) (hygeine labels and tags intact) have been received contact us at with the item (s) you would like to exchange and we will process your request.

To return items after approved an email will be sent with the return address.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

In order for a refund the item(s) shipped MUST have a tracking number, otherwise this will void the refund, this is to insure you that we have received the item(s). 

We do not currently ship outside of the US, therefore we would not provide international refunds.
